Need help quiting cigs!

Hey everyone. I've been trying to quit smokin the past few weeks and I cannot seem to do it. My main problem is that while I am on my meds the urge to smoke intensifies quite a bit and obviously I can't quit taking those. I don't know if you guys out there are smokers but if any of you have successfully quit any help/tips would be appreciated.

Yeah Its a nod helper and you can quit but after that you'll hate life when your about to nod and could if you only had a cig.
Man ask you dr' for gum or that toll free number that''l send free gum or patches. See ya sev its hard for this enhancer reason
can take them or leave em but not when I just ate and Im nodding but no cigs!!The nod goes. This blows to even talk about.

man you take and look for hives or swelling of your ankles. a cig has avg.16mgs. so thats 4pieces of 4mg gum. Just be careful I broke out w/ a huge rash but I was chewing the buft amt.

Most cigarettes contain 9mg of nicotine, but only about 1mg is absorbed when you smoke one. So one piece of 4mg nicotine gum is similar to smoking 4 regular cigarettes.
